"Why can't they find a cure for stuttering"
We can send satellites to distant planets and galaxies. We can make blind people see and cripple people walk again. Can someone please tell me why scientist and doctors haven't found a cure for stuttering. Not being able to talk is one of the most painful things I have ever experienced. The world is on one side of the tracks and stutterers are on the other side. People who stutter are not stupid, weird or retarded. I'am a very intelligent human being with a high IQ. People look at you when you try to talk as some space alien. When will stutterers be treated with the respect they deserve and not as they where some circus freak. All we know as stutterers is isolation, being laughed at, and pain. Can someone please tell me why haven't they found a cure for stuttering!
